Basic Skills Program

Purpose:

This program consists of six core and other selected presentations that provide a strategic and tactical approach to job search.

Participants:

Can begin anytime; there is no set order to the program.

When:

Typically the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Please check the calendar for specifics.

Career Marketing Workshop (CMW)/ New Choices

Purpose:

This workshop’s objective is to raise participants’ job search to a more focused and productive state and will include detailed marketing issues and plans for job search. Participants start by taking a close look at how their life’s accomplishments can help guide them job search to opportunities at which they will excel. Then they will hone existing search skills and bring them to focus more sharply on their target jobs or careers.

This class is run in partnership with PA WomenWork.

Participants:

Participants can register or obtain prerequisite approval at office@priority2work.org.

Priority One

Purpose

Priority One is a biblical and spiritual look at job search and other life trials. It has no fees or prerequisites. 

Participants:

Please bring a Bible

When:

Coffee with Hope

Purpose

Priority2Work’s  “Coffee with HOPE” is an informal networking meeting among fellow job seekers and  Priority2Work team members. You are invited to join them to make new connections and renew existing ones, all in a comfortable atmosphere.

Participants:

All job-seekers

When:

8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m., first and third Wednesday of each month
